  1. Services: byodhome offers an online platform for browsing, purchasing, and shipping home decor products. We facilitate the drop-shipping process, where products are shipped directly from our suppliers to customers.                         
  2. Orders and Payment: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices and product descriptions are provided on our website and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that your order details are correct. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders at our discretion.                                                                                                                
  3. Shipping and Returns: We strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, but shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages during shipping. Please review our Shipping and Returns Policy for more details on our shipping and returns process.                                                                                                                  
  4. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including logos, images, product descriptions, and trademarks, are the property of byodhome or our suppliers. Mobile Terms of Service

The byodhome mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by byodhome (“byodhome”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to byodhome’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of byodhome through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with byodhome. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18888361255 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other byodhome mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Privacy Policy

Refund, Resend, and Returns Policy

At byodhome, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need a refund, resend, or return for your purchased products. As your trusted online store, we follow the refund, resend, and returns policy set by our supplier. Please review the following guidelines and procedures carefully:

Initiating a Refund, Resend, or Return:

  1. To request a refund, resend, or return, please contact our customer support team directly through [Contact Information]. We will guide you through the process and provide any necessary instructions.
  2. Provide detailed information regarding your request, including:
    • Order details (order number, date, and item(s) purchased)
    • Reason for the refund, resend, or return
    • Supporting evidence such as photos or videos, if applicable

 Dispute Resolution Process:

  1. Once your request is received, we will assess it based on our supplier’s refund, resend, and returns policy.
  2. If further evidence is needed to support your claim, we may request additional information or documentation.
  3. In cases where a return is required, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Eligibility for Refund, Resend, or Return:

  1. Orders Delayed: If your order is significantly delayed, we will evaluate your request for a refund, resend, or return accordingly.
    • For orders that are being shipped to the US, a product will be considered delayed if departure from our supplier’s warehouse exceeds 45 days.
  1. Orders Not Received: If you claim that your order has not been delivered despite the tracking information showing otherwise, we will investigate the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.
    • If the delivery was indeed not made, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal will be necessary to continue with any process.
    • With an incomplete delivery, a tracking information alert should show a message with the reason.
  1. Products Damaged: We offer a full refund or replacement for packages that arrive significantly damaged. For partially damaged packages (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc.), we may provide a partial refund or resend.
    • For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended
    • For damaged packing boxes, we cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.
    • For ordinary products, you will have up to 5 days after packages are delivered to ask for a refund.
    • For electronic products, you will have up to 10 days after packages are delivered to ask for a refund.
  1. Incorrect or Missing Products: Our supplier has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched.
    • If you receive incorrect products, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
    • For products with wrong color or size, which doesn't affect product function, etc., we can offer a refund or resend if you provide your complaint including name, content and date.
    • For products with missing parts that do not affect their functionality, we may provide a partial refund or resend the missing part.
    • For products with missing parts that do affect their functionality, we will resend the product only.

 Cancellation and Refund:

  1. If you wish to cancel your order before it is processed by our supplier’s warehouses, we will provide a full refund.
  2. Special cases such as specific order types may have specific cancellation and refund restrictions. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

 Important Notes:

  1. Our policies, including deadlines, force majeure events, and shipping method restrictions, apply to our refund, resend, and returns process. We will adhere to these guidelines when evaluating and processing your request.
    • You cannot ask for a refund, resend, or return if the order status is closed. It is important that you maintain communication with us as soon as you dispute your order. Your dispute will be closed if the order has been closed and we have not received further communication from you for 7 consecutive days.
    • Force Majeure: Our supplier does not take any responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by environmental, social and/or health events, including but not limited to an epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection, etc. However, we will notify you regarding any changes to your order via our communication media.
    • Destination Limits: Due to limited international transportation, our supplier will not accept disputes when orders are shipped to the following countries:

 

Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana

 

  1. Returns of products to our warehouses are possible but not recommended due to high shipping costs and potential loss or damage during return transit. Please contact our customer support team for guidance if you wish to proceed with a return.
    • If indeed you proceed with a return, it must be done within 10 days after receiving the product.
